  • Am I able to book more than 48hrs in advance?

Yes. Bookings can be made up to 60 days in advance.

  • What is the minimum amount of notice required to confirm a booking?

2 hrs notice is required for any same day booking to allow the driver and vehicle to be prepared for your tailored luxury experience.

  • Can I Pay cash for a booking?

Yes. After the initial credit card information is confirmed and the deposit has been submitted , the remainder of the balance can be paid in cash. Cash bookings must have balance paid at pickup.

  • What if I book for too many hours and want to cut my concierge service time down.

Unfortunately because our booking availability is based on the availability in our booking calendar we are not able accept other bookings once your booking is submitted so for any changes that are not within the 48 hr cancellation window a refund is not guaranteed.

  • What if I want to book additional time with a driver?

If a rider would like to extend their concierge services they would need to notify their driver to have a concierge assistant confirm availability and billing information

  • What if I am unsatisfied with my experience?

At Tailored Luxury our goal is to leave all customers looking forward to their next Tailored experience. If any expectations are not met please contact our office directly to have a concierge assistant help rectify the situation.
